These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 09bbet ("09bbet", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the 09bbet website, mobile browser application, and all associated services accessible at https://09bbet.app and its subdomains (collectively, "the Service").

09bbet reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any point and to suspend access to the Platform pending satisfactory verification. Accepted documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photographic identification. Failure to provide adequate documentation within the period specified by the Support team will result in account suspension.

Each individual may hold only one registered account on 09bbet. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment method details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 09bbet reserves the right to close all associated accounts and withhold any balances pending investigation.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. 09bbet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You must notify 09bbet Support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party or that your credentials have been compromised. 09bbet may suspend your account as a precautionary measure while an investigation is conducted.

09bbet reserves the right to close or suspend any account where it reasonably believes that the registration information provided is false, misleading, or incomplete; where the account is being used for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal purposes; or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other players.

09bbet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳) through the following approved payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. 09bbet does not charge any platform-level fee on deposits or withdrawals; however, individual payment providers may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside 09bbet's control.

All funds deposited must originate from a payment account or card that is registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party payment sources are prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension and return of funds to the originating source. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of any payment method on 09bbet complies with the terms and conditions of that payment provider.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by the Support team. 09bbet targets a withdrawal processing window of 1–3 hours for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Processing times for card withdrawals may be longer and are subject to the relevant card network's procedures. 09bbet is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

09bbet reserves the right to perform additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be held pending satisfactory completion of identity verification, bonus wagering requirements, or fraud and anti-money-laundering reviews. Any attempt to withdraw funds that have not been subject to the required wagering activity in connection with a bonus offer will result in the forfeiture of the bonus amount and any associated winnings.

09bbet may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All such promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be communicated at the point of offer. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified for each promotion. Bonus funds not used within the specified period will be forfeited automatically.

09bbet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any attempt to abuse a promotional offer — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using arbitrage strategies, or placing low-risk hedging bets designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine play risk — will be considered a breach of these Terms and may result in the cancellation of the bonus, reversal of associated winnings, and permanent account closure.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with the Support team, the matter may be referred to an independent arbitration process. The language of all dispute proceedings shall be English. You agree that any claim must be brought on an individual basis and not as part of a class action or collective proceeding.

Nothing in this clause limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction that cannot be excluded or restricted by contract.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable specific promotion terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and 09bbet with respect to your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

No Waiver: Any failure by 09bbet to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of 09bbet's right to enforce that provision or any other provision at a later time.

Assignment: You may not assign or transfer any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of 09bbet. 09bbet may assign or transfer its rights under these Terms without restriction.

Language: These Terms are drafted in English. In the event of any translation being provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail in all cases.
